The importance of water is known by one and all. We all install RO water purifiers at home but few know the ideal quantity of water that one should drink daily. For the body to function properly one needs not less than 3 to 5 litres of water every day. 3 litres for men and 2.2 litres for women would be ideal, respectively.

  • Poor health or health condition – When you suffer from diseases like fever and diarrhea, you tend to shed a lot of water from your body.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding – Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding need huge amount of water as they always have to remain hydrated. According to the Institute of Medicine pregnant women should drink at least 2.3 litres of liquids everyday. They should specifically drink clean water preferably from  water purifiers in kolkata.
